My care was excellent, they were very cheerful and always happy to help me, always smiling and seemed very happy to do anything asked including having a few minutes chat even though they have so much to do. Their work is very organised and all goes with a flow even though there is so much to do - there are no miserable faces, they could do with more staff to deal with it all.
